• Please remember that each insurance provider has an adjusted rate, which is generally what individuals with deductibles pay before reaching their deductible limit.

• Each insurance company establishes a reimbursement rate for clinicians. We encourage you to let us verify your insurance so you can have a clear understanding of what to expect, particularly if you have a deductible.

• If you have a high deductible and do not anticipate many medical expenses this year, some individuals choose to pay out of pocket for counseling services, as it may be more cost-effective (refer to the second column). The decision rests entirely with each individual.

• Our LPC’s under the supervision of Dr. Matthew Paris, Psy.D. Insurance requires us to submit claims under the license of the supervisor.

We are required by the 2022 No Surprises Act to give you a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of treatment if you are uninsured or prefer not to use insurance for this care. Please contact your insurance to find out what your mental health benefits are before beginning therapy. We contract different prices with insurance companies. The above prices are for whose who choose to pay out-of-pocket or who are out of network

The amount of sessions will be determined based on client diagnosis, needs, situations, symptoms, compliance with therapy and outcomes. It is typical for clients to come for 12-18 sessions, but each client has unique needs.

We are willing to offer a sliding scale fee based on income verificaton. Please let us know if this is something you wish to talk about with us.

We also give a 20% discounted rates to seniors 65+, to veterans, and to anyone in the mental health field who are not using their insurance/cash pay.
