What to Expect:

  • Nikki, our compassionate office manager, will gladly text, call, or email you back. She will request an email address and phone number that you would like to use for your client portal.

  • During this time you will schedule your first session and can ask questions about insurance/billing, therapists, availabilities, etc.

  • You will be sent and invitation to your client portal. There, you will fill out simple online paperwork. No printing, no writing, just click and type! This will need to be finished before your first session.

  • If you are using Medical Mutual, Summa, or are paying cash, Guiding House will manage your account. If you are using United Health, Anthem BCBS, Aetna, or Cigna, you will get an additional email from Headway, a trusted third party billing company.

  • Your client portal will allow you to see your therapist’s availability and schedule appointments with a click of a button. You are also always welcome to call, text, or e-mail to schedule.
