About Us

One of the biggest advancements in mental health over the past two years has been the ability to use phone and video for sessions.

This has allowed for so many opportunities for clients and therapists alike. One of the blessings it gave me was to be able to reach first responders during the COVID crisis while also continuing care to my current clients. Now, it has also afforded me to have a private practice that I can maintain while also living a balanced life. I felt it important to” practice what I preached” to my clients and live within my own personal values. I hope that not only my testimony, but also my faith and willingness to be an example will inspire you to also not give up.

You will also get to meet my amazing husband, Matt who shares a deep compassion for others, faith, mental health, and for constantly learning. Together, we are grateful to be here helping this community online and in-person.

Compassionately,

Janelle

She realizes how difficult it can be to shed light in dark corners and commends clients for their vulnerability and strength.

Janelle utilizes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients learn how to reroute negative thinking patterns into more realistic thoughts. She also uses techniques from Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Interpersonal, Trauma, Solution-Focused and Art Therapies. Additionally, she appreciates the 'universal language' of humor....

As a life and executive coach, Janelle enjoys working with determined individuals who seek to set realistic goals and find it important to be their authentic self in every setting.
